Terms of Service
This document applies to the Mainland China iOS App and matches the current text available in the App.
Welcome to TracePoint. These Terms apply to the Mainland China version operated by Beijing Suanshu Technology Co., Ltd. You must be at least 14 years old. A child under 14 must not use the App or create an account.
1. Current service
TracePoint provides private on-device Footprints, on-device Lit, on-device Footprint share images, account profiles, one-to-one Friends, and private member Trips. All current features are free, with no subscription, in-app purchase, or membership limit.
2. On-device Footprints
Footprint text, precise places, coordinates, Lit administrative areas, photos, and photo-to-Footprint relationships remain on the current device. They are not uploaded to TracePoint servers, synchronized, or remotely restored. Uninstalling the App, erasing the device, or storage failure may cause permanent loss. A share image is generated only on the device and handed to the iOS system share sheet.
3. Accounts, Friends, and Trips
An account is not required for on-device Footprints or Lit. After signing in, you can maintain a nickname and avatar, establish one-to-one Friend relationships, and collaborate in private Trips with members who accepted an invitation. A Trip destination must come from an Apple MapKit POI result that you explicitly select and confirm. The server stores only the name string, not the search term, address, coordinate, or Apple identifier, and does not provide a map, navigation, nearby service, or location analysis.
4. Member collaboration
A Trip can store a name, dates, members, invitations, ordered destination names, personal or shared expenses, shares, and preparation items. Personal content is visible only to its creator; shared content is visible only to active members. Trips do not create public links, feeds, or cross-Trip search. Member exit and account deletion follow the Account Deletion Notice.
5. Operations administration
An authenticated administrator can inspect account profiles, Friend relationships, Trips, destination names, expenses, shares, checklists, anonymous installation activity, security logs, and operations records stored on the operator's servers. User content is read-only in the administration interface. Apart from account activation or suspension and fixed profile-report actions, an administrator cannot modify or delete user content. On-device Footprints, location, Lit data, and photos are not uploaded or displayed as a result.
6. Conduct and contact
Do not use accounts, Friends, Trips, nicknames, or avatars to violate another person's rights, publish unlawful content, attack the service, or bypass access controls. Contact support@suancore.com for questions about these Terms, accounts, or privacy.
